- Primero. ABSTENERSE DE DECIDIR sobre las objeciones presidenciales al proyecto de ley 094/07 Senado - 336/08 Camara, "Por el derecho a la vida de los ninos con cancer en Colombia".
- Segundo. ORDENAR que por Secretaria General se devuelva al Presidente de la Camara de Representantes, el expediente legislativo contentivo del mencionado proyecto de ley, con copia de esta providencia, para que de cumplimiento al articulo 167 de la Constitucion Politica.
